The Clear Mind Meditation retreat weekend starts Friday evening with a free public talk and introduction, followed on Saturday by four guided retreat sessions, and a Special Sunday Morning Meditation focused on “experiencing success in your meditation practice”. To wrap up the weekend experience, we will end with a relaxed Q& A over coffee and light snacks in our community room. You can attend any part of the weekend, or for the best experience, try the whole event.
