Why is it that we always want more after we get what we want? Even when we accomplish our goals and fulfill our deepest wishes, we still feel like there is “something missing”. This craving is the real reason we never feel completely satisfied, and is the driving force behind every addiction. In this meditation series we will examine these experiences in the mirror of Buddhist psychology so we can clearly understand what we are really looking for and how to get it. This is a perfect way to prepare for the holidays!
