Special Friday Night Lecture | Creating Change: A Buddhist Perspective
Now more than ever we need to bring about real positive change in our lives. To enhance our motivation to bring about real change for ourselves and others in this teaching we will gently explore the four immeasurables of love, compassion, joy, and equanimity. They are called immeasurables because we practice them with all living beings as the objects of our meditation whose number is immeasurable. Join us for a special Friday Night Lecture, with Guest Teacher, Gen Keslang Dorje. Open to all WI and MN Residents. Everyone welcome!
