Enjoy a Real Getaway: Take a Tour of Lamrim

Ready for a vacation? This trip will take you to a place you’ve never been. Inside your own peaceful mind where you can visit new ways of looking at yourself and others that give you confidence, hope and real joy. It is a mental journey and each meditation is like a new city you can explore.

This is the best “get away” because we leave our ordinary life and its problems for a little while each day. We will get a taste of what a pure world would be like, ultimately envisioning ourself on the path to that world and excited to share our “vacation experience” with others.

This is a perfect introduction to a special cycle of meditations that is the main body of our Kadampa Tradition. Lamrim or the Stages of the Path will begin with an introduction on Friday evening, January 8 through Thursday, January 14, 2021.

You are welcome to attend any one or all of the sessions. Each session includes, some beautiful Kadampa prayers, a short talk about the topic, and a guided meditation. This design is suitable for all levels of experience. Some people make this their “jump start” for a better year! Everyone welcome.
