Buddha’s Enlightenment Day

A Special Talk with Gen Gomlam

April 15 marks the anniversary of Buddha Shakyamuni demonstrating the attainment of enlightenment. This is an extremely important day in the Buddhist calendar because our actions are more powerful than on other days. In this special talk and meditation, Gen Gomlam will help us to reflect on the good qualities of Buddha and his example to others and  practical methods we can use right now to bring out these same good qualities in ourselves.
