Finding Gratitude Everywhere
Especially for beginners, beneficial for everyone!
This is an in-person event with livestream attendance available for members!
The Thanksgiving holiday gives us the perfect opportunity to pause and reflect on the many good conditions we have.
We not only enjoy a precious human life but also have the ability to train our mind, and abide in peace, even when things externally aren’t so good. Buddha taught many ways to see the kindness of others everywhere. When we see others’ kindness, instead of seeing their faults, we naturally have warm loving feelings towards them. We learn to live in a place of gratitude, loving affection and a wish to benefit others. This can be our greatest gift to the world.
“We are all interconnected in a web of kindness from which it is impossible to separate ourself. Everything we have and everything we enjoy, including our very life, is due to the kindness of others. In fact, every happiness there is in the world arises as a result of others’ kindness.”
