Almost everyone experiences at some time the feeling of anxiety, discouragement, and depression. Even if we have family, friends, and other good conditions, we can still feel isolated with our negative emotions. In this Friday Night Lecture, Gen Gomlam will share Buddha’s teachings and special advice for keeping a peaceful mind and a good heart during these uncertain and challenging times as well as practical methods to skillfully navigate these next few months in way that brings the most benefit to ourselves and others.
