Friday Night Lecture
The Magic of Meditation
Meditation is now part of mainstream society and in particular, with respect to our new physical limitations associated with the pandemic, more people are turning to meditation in order to cope and transform their isolation into perfect conditions for developing a meditation practice. Most people understand that working with our emotional response to difficulties is important, but until now life was just too busy to really discover its life-changing benefits for themselves. Learning to meditate has proven to increase our overall levels of well-being, both physically and mentally; and it really helps us to enjoy our relationships and daily activities. Within all of us lies a limitless potential for inner peace and mental freedom, which we can start to access through even the simplest and shortest practice. Join us for this fun and practical Friday Night Lecture!
