Friday Night Lecture: Whose Fault Is It? A Buddhist Perspective on Conflict

Being with people is such a big part of our lives – our views differ, conflicts arise and we can feel that other people are making us stressed and miserable.

In this Friday Lecture, using Buddha’s teachings, Gen Gomlam will help us to understand why we react this way, and how we can begin to transform the quality of our interactions by using methods to transform our ordinary view of our difficult relationships.

This will enable us to relate more positively with others, giving the freedom to have a peaceful mind regardless of what happens. Everyone welcome!
