Sunday Mornings: Happy Regardless

Love is the key to our own happiness and fulfillment. It is also the key to really helping others and our world. But for authentic love we need wisdom. Buddha’s wisdom teachings on interdependence and the nature of reality allow us to let go of our instinctive self-centered approach to life and to open our hearts and deeply empathize with others.

Through clear teachings and gently-guided meditations, Gen Kelsang Gomlam will help us to strengthen our love and deepen our wisdom. In this way, we can gain confidence in our ability to be happy, regardless of external conditions – bringing great benefit to ourselves and others.
