Letting Go of the Past

We often have trouble letting go of experiences from the past. Holding onto the past can affect the way we view ourselves and others. It can also damage our confidence and impact how we respond to current situations. We can remain trapped in a state of anger and hurt and this limits our ability to live our life to the fullest.

Through applying wisdom and training in meditation, we can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and learn to release it completely, leaving us with a tremendous feeling of relief and allowing us to move forward with renewed insight and inner peace.
