Meditation: A Tool for Change

Even though our spiritual interest often starts with a lot of enthusiasm and a deep wish to change or to cope with life’s difficulties, our approach to spiritual learning often remains mostly intellectual. The 7 Limbs is a practice that gently moves us from our head to our heart and is an essential preparation for successful meditation. By engaging in this practice, we can remove mental obstacles, purify negativity, strengthen our mind, and most importantly, receive powerful blessings or inspiration from Enlightened Beings to ensure that our meditations are effective. Everyone welcome!
