Meditations for Healing Ourselves and Others
Friday: 7-8:15 PM | Saturday: 10 AM – 4:30 PM (see schedule below)
In this special weekend, Gen Gomlam will guide a retreat on the Kadampa Buddhist practice of Medicine Buddha which is so timely because our world is in need of healing. This practice is a powerful, non-deceptive method to heal our inner and outer sicknesses and to enable us to develop a tremendously compassionate mind that will unlock our innate potential to heal others using the power of our faith, imagination and wisdom. She will also include commentary from the recent Fall Festival with Gen-la Dekyong. Each guided meditation session will include practical instructions and time for meditation. Our livestream retreats give people the opportunity to fully immerse into meditation which can be a truly transformational experience.
