New Year, New You mini-retreat

This retreat was rescheduled from earlier in the month. It will be offered by livestream on Saturday, Jan. 22.

In this mini retreat, you will learn three simple breathing meditations to make your mind calm and positive. Breathing meditation helps us to reduce stress, anxiety & worry and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. This retreat will allow you to feel relaxed, positive, and encouraged to begin to use meditation as a powerful method to reduce daily stress and distractions and to connect with your pure essential nature.

Every level of meditator will benefit from this meditation retreat. Please feel very welcome to join us.
