Peace …in the midst of uncertainty (Milwaukee)
How can we find inner peace and a positive mind when our times appear so troubled? If we learn to investigate and understand our mind through contemplation and meditation, we can learn how to view ourselves, others, and the world differently so that we can be peaceful even in in the most troubled times.
Through this understanding we learn the world we create for ourselves depends entirely on our mind. If the world we inhabit is the world of our experience, and experience is within the mind, the causes of our world must also lie within our mind. There is no world independent of our mind.
Everyone is welcome!
