Power of Mantra
This is an in-person event with livestream attendance available for members!
We will learn a special breathing meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with the recitation of mantra. This meditation not only calms the mind and causes distracting conceptions to subside, giving rise to a special feeling of inner peace and purity, but also strengthens the life-supporting wind at our heart center, thereby increasing our life-span.
According to Buddhist tradition, reciting this mantra empowers us to realize our highest potential. Through training in this meditation our mind will gradually become more peaceful and we will experience a more pure form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances. This class is designed for beginners and suitable for all levels. Everyone welcome!
