Sacred Space
Half day workshop
This is an in-person event with livestream attendance available for members!
If we want to enjoy meditation and integrate it into our life, it helps to create a special space for it—especially helpful when life gets stressful. This course is an opportunity to understand the beauty and power of setting up a Buddhist shrine that will act as a focus for the energy of our spiritual practice. We will explore the meaning behind the different elements of a traditional shrine as well as essential aspects of setting it up and making offerings. Our personal shrine will become a refuge, supporting our meditation and making our spiritual practice joyful and fulfilling.
Everyone welcome.
