A Year Without Fear

Special Sunday Morning Class

Is it possible, in such a chaotic world, to be free of feeling stressed out and anxious, no matter what the new year brings?

Yes it is. We simply need to understand where these feelings are really coming from; their deep underlying causes and practical methods to reduce and eliminate these natural reactions to our challenging world. We can develop wisdom that understands that our anxiety and stress are connected to a deep sense of self that feels incredibly powerless, limited and inadequate. This mistaken way of identifying ourself is at the core of all of our problems and suffering.

In this special Sunday class, we will learn how to reduce stress and anxiety and how to identify with our pure, unlimited potential using Buddhist insights and guided meditation. This class is a perfect way to kick off the new year and bring enormous benefit to ourself and others. Everyone welcome.
