FREE Sunday Morning Class & Open House
Join us Sunday, October 17, for a free in-person Sunday Class from 10-11:15 AM and our Fall Open House to follow! This class format includes two guided meditations and practical advice for daily life. Our current Sunday series offers techniques taught by Buddha to help us to work with our mind of anger, especially during times of uncertainty and unpredictability. After meditation, we will have an open house until 1 PM. Enjoy refreshments outside on our front lawn, and take a tour of the center. This is a great chance to see what we are all about. Everyone is welcome to take part in this community day!
Find out more about the Sunday series at this link.
Cost: FREE this week only for in-person attendees! (Regularly $10 per class; free for Members and Benefactors)
