Freedom from Stress and Anxiety
It’s increasingly common that feelings of stress and anxiety plague our everyday lives and that feelings of insecurity and lacking confidence hold us back from fulfilling our deepest potential. Consequently we never really feel at ease in ourselves, fully present for our interactions with others, and life can feel overwhelming. By using Buddhas’ wisdom teachings and transformative meditations we can develop the power we need to step out of this experience, reconnect with our own peaceful heart, and start to live with confidence and real resilience whatever comes our way.
The series will last 8 weeks and each week we will explore a different technique for identifying, reducing and eliminating stress and anxiety. Each class will include meditation, teaching and discussion.
