Tantra Pure and Simple

The teachings of Tantra are the most rare and precious within Buddhism. They show us how to open our minds and overcome the limiting views of ourselves, others, and the world around us – our ordinary view that leads to fear, anxiety, and other painful thoughts. Additionally, Tantra shows how to create an abundance of positive energy and deep wisdom through special meditation techniques, which bring us quickly to enlightenment. By putting the teachings of Tantra into practice we can bring a more profound spiritual awareness to our daily activities, creating a purity and bliss that benefit not only ourselves, but also others.

Everyone is welcome to this half day course regardless of experience!

This is perfect preparation for those wishing to attend a Tantric empowerment, especially the Highest Yoga Tantra empowerment at Summer Festival.
