Special Weekend Retreat: The Kind of Love You’re Looking For
Love is universally considered to be one of the most important things in life, and our happiness is directly linked to the quality of this love in all of our relationships. Buddha’s teachings on love are reliable methods to improve our interactions with others, heal past hurts and bring practical benefit to our lives right now. In this inspiring weekend, we will learn how growing our mind of wisdom-based love can ignite potential to experience a powerful, pure, enduring, love that brings tremendous energy into all of our activities. Attend the entire weekend for maximum benefit, or join us any day that works for you. Everyone welcome.
Friday Night Lecture: Turning Love Inside Out
In this Friday Night Lecture, we will learn something revolutionary about how to find the love we all want. Normally we believe that if others love us we will be happy all the time. Yet we all know people who are loved by many people and still feel sad and lonely. Why is this?
The answer to this question and other aspects of happiness and love will be explored in a light-hearted and practical way giving everyone something they can take away to nourish their relationships at every level.
Saturday Retreat: Level Up Your Love
In this short one day retreat we will deepen our experience of loving through meditation. We need confidence in our ability to develop and maintain an authentic feeling of pure love towards others and this depends upon understanding the different levels of love which were explained by Buddha in his wisdom teachings.
If we master these meditations over time, not only will our love be genuine and stable, but we will naturally receive the love we have been looking for from others.
Special Sunday Class: The Energy of Loving
In the special Sunday Class we will look at the energy that comes from pure love and a genuine concern for others without expecting anything in return. This may sound like a momentous achievement, but in reality it is something we can all learn to do if we use Buddhist wisdom and meditation. We all have within us “an inexhaustible fountain of love” – we simply need to learn how to tap into it as the main method to make ourself and others happy.
