Training Our Mind in Meditation

Meditation makes our life happy and meaningful & teaches us how to make both ourselves and others happy. Join us each week as we learn Buddhist meditation practices that are actual methods to control our mind and keep it positive longer and longer so that our whole life is an expression of our meditation. This extremely practical class provides indispensable information for those seeking happiness and meaning in their life.

The design of the class includes a short talk about meditation and a guided meditation. Everyone welcome!
