An empowerment is a blessing ritual and guided mediation through which we make a deep connection with a Buddha and create the cause to actualize that Buddha’s enlightened state. The empowerment of White Tara is a special opportunity to transform our own mind to embody her special qualities and to recognize our pure potential for health, long life, and the happiness that comes from inner peace.
