Giving Power to Our Meditation: A Buddhist Perspective

Meditation has the potential to bring incredible benefit by helping make our mind calm, controlled, and peaceful.  In order to fully experience these benefits, we need to prepare our minds. In Buddhism, there is a special preparation for meditation called the Practice of the Seven Limbs.  Each of the seven practices has a different function and serves to support and fuel our meditation, just as limbs support a body. In this half day course, Gen Kelsang Gomlam will give commentary to these special practices, providing guidance and instruction we can use immediately to give enormous power to our meditation. In this way, our meditations become more successful, and our whole life can feel more meaningful. Everyone welcome!
