Feeling “guilty” is one of the most chronic and useless states of mind that we experience as modern people. Almost everyone is afflicted by this unpleasant feeling at least some time in their life and many have it their entire lifetime. By practicing Buddha’s teachings and meditation techniques, we can finally understand, reduce, and “let go” of this painful experience completely. Please join us for the journey out of guilt and into a new way of relating to yourself and others.
