When we experience harm or criticism from others, we naturally try to protect ourself from being hurt again in the future. One of our most common reactions is to try to keep that person out of our life, sometimes forever. In this half day course we will investigate whether or not this natural response actually takes the mental pain and suffering away. If we understand where the pain is really coming from we can finally heal and experience renewed energy. Letting go of the past allows us to enjoy healthier relationships and gives us the freedom of inner peace. Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Gomlam.
