Special Sunday Class and Mother’s Day Brunch
With Gen Kelsang Gomlam
Sunday, May 10 10 -11:30 AM – Brunch at 11:30 AM
Generally around Mother’s Day, we have an opportunity to appreciate the kindness of our mother, a kindness we have received throughout our life. Buddha gave profound teachings on the kindness of mothers to help us with this recognition. Gen Gomlam will explain how to practice these teachings so that we can feel closer to our mother and all those who have nurtured us. Eventually, if we wish, we can extend that love to all living beings. Bring your mom in person or in your heart. Everyone is welcome!
The kids class will also have a special teaching and activity on this day.
Afterward, relax with others in our community room and enjoy a delicious vegetarian breakfast buffet. Spots for brunch will fill up soon- save your spot today!
