 On this retreat, you will learn three simple breathing meditations to make your mind calm and peaceful. Breathing meditation helps us to reduce stress, anxiety & worry and gives rise to an experience of inner peace and well-being. This retreat will allow you to feel relaxed, positive, and inspired to make meditation a part of your daily life in the new year. Everyone welcome!

Cost: $20 before December 28, $30 after, or free for Members and Benefactors
