Sunday Morning Meditation

Sundays 10:00-11:15 AM

with Gen Kelsang Gomlam

Get ready for the week by meditating.

“The function of meditation is to give rise to mental peace.” Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso

If our mind is peaceful we are happy, so if we want genuine happiness we need to meditate.

In these turbulent times we need a method to develop and maintain a positive attitude. We need confidence in our ability to make a difference in our families, our community and ultimately the world. Meditation is a tool for transforming our daily experiences into inner growth and realizing our human potential for limitless love and wisdom. When we develop these qualities we are creating world peace.  Format: Two meditations and a short Dharma talk.

Sundays are a great community day for kids and families. While adults and parents attend Sunday Morning Meditation, kids ages 4-12 are welcome to attend Meditation for Kids happening at the same time. As always, Everyone Welcome!
