Everyone wants to be free from problems and experience only happiness Normally we try to do this by changing the external situation alone. But all we ever accomplish is temporary relief and soon another set of problems appears. Permanent freedom from conflict can only be achieved by changing the way we respond to unwanted circumstances and frustrated desires. This can done by simply changing our mind. Changing our mind from negative to positive is the function of meditation and is the best way to solve our human problems. Start the new year in a new way!
