Who is Buddha Tara?

Tuesday, January 8

7-9 PM

with Gen Kelsang Gomlam

Tara is known as the “Great Liberator” who pacifies all sickness, poverty, misfortune, fighting, and quarreling and causes the Dharma and all good fortune to flourish. Gen Gomlam will help us to learn more about Tara’s qualities and how we can rely on her in daily life. The teaching will be followed by a practice of chanted prayers and meditation associated with Green Tara. What a great way to celebrate Tara Day by getting to know Arya Tara! Everyone welcome!

Cost: $10 or Free for GP/FP Members and Benefactors
