Completely Pure: the Practice of the 35 Confession Buddhas
The Thirty-Five Confession Buddhas also known as the Bodhisattva’s Confession of Moral Downfalls practice is a core Mahayana ritual within the Kadampa tradition used to purify past negative karma, clear obstacles to spiritual progress, and avoid future suffering. Practitioners visualize these 35 Buddhas and recite their names, making physical prostrations to each one. Through the power of their blessings and prayers, we can swiftly purify even the heaviest negative actions simply by faithfully reciting their names.
This workshop is perfect for beginners and experienced meditators, and the practice is suitable for all physical abilities. Everyone is welcome!
