We offer a wide range of classes from basic introductions to Buddhist meditation, applying Buddha’s teachings to daily life issues such as anger and improving relationships, to comprehensive study programs of Buddhist view, meditation, and action.

The General Program classes on Thursdays, and Sundays consist of talks and guided meditations suitable for everyone. Our class design always includes two guided meditations and a short talk or teaching on a topic suitable for busy, modern people. The emphasis is on integrating Buddha’s teachings into our lives. Although some classes are  taught as a series, each class is self-contained, so feel free to attend any one. If you are attending more than one class per week, consider joining our General Program Membership option at only $55 per month.
