Profound Love: Drawing Close to Others (QC)
Through developing within our own heart the profound power of love we will never be able to turn away from others but find ourself wanting to draw close to each and every living being. In this way we will not only solve our own daily problems of anger, worry, and anxiety but be able to be of real benefit to those in our life…making our life deeply meaningful.
In this series of teachings we will engage in the exploration of the Great Scope of Buddha’s teachings in which we move out from ourselves to others with patience, love and compassion. Each class includes a teaching, discussion and guided meditation.
Everyone welcome!
Cherishing others is not so difficult—all we need to do is understand why we should cherish others and then make a firm decision to do so. Through meditating on this decision we will develop a deep and powerful feeling of cherishing for all beings. We then carry this special feeling into our daily life.
