Sunday Morning Meditation

Peace for Our Times

In these classes we learn how to use the power of meditation to make our greatest contribution to peace in the world and bring a positive influence to those around us. Each class consists of guided meditations and a teaching on how we can use Buddhist principles and practice to establish harmony within ourselves and in our world.

Everyone is welcome to attend Sunday Morning Meditation! If you have young children, please know that there is a room adjacent to the main meditation room that can accommodate children who are accompanied by an adult. The adult will be able to hear the teaching while being able to care for the child. We do hope this will be helpful for you and support you in being able to enjoy the teachings.
