Meditation in Nature: a teaching & guided meditation at Picnic Point

Come and join a like-minded group of folks who see the benefits of meditation and would also enjoy a walk in the woods!

Of course you can meditate anywhere, but join the Kadampa Meditation Center for an outdoor morning event where we can share a meditative experience with others in a natural setting. Our Resident Teacher, Gen Dorje, will offer a teaching and guided meditation, afterwards enjoy some tea, coffee and breakfast goodies. Feel free to enjoy a self-guided walk on the trails at Picnic Point either before or after the event. Or simply remain in your blissful state and enjoy the company of friends.
