In this short retreat, we will explore meditation techniques to reduce the stress and tension we feel in daily life. Meditation helps us become familiar with our own naturally happy and peaceful states of mind. By engaging in three guided meditation sessions, we can gain a personal experience of deep inner peace to carry with us into our busy lives. This retreat is for those new to meditation as well as those looking to refresh their practice. Taught by Resident Teacher, Gen Kelsang Gomlam.
