Peace In Uncertain Times (MKE)

How can we find inner peace and a positive mind when our times appear so troubled? if we learn to investigate and understand our mind through contemplation and meditation, we can learn how to view ourselves, others and the world differently so that we can be peaceful even in the most troubled times.

In addition to understanding the nature and function of our mind and how it has the capacity to create a world of peace or a troubled environment, we will explore the book How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Through this exploration we will find practical solutions to our daily problems.

Everyone Welcome!

Happiness and suffering are states of mind and so their main causes cannot be found outside the mind. If we want to be truly happy and free from suffering, we must learn how to control our mind.
